Burnt Hill Data Ltd. d/b/a IronView ("IronView," "we," "us," or "our") provides business intelligence, sales, marketing, and related commercial data through the IronView product. This Data Disclaimer describes how IronView data is sourced, what it does and does not cover, and the limitations that apply to its use.

Data Sources and Coverage

IronView data is derived from government records and public filings, such as UCC financing statements and FMCSA registration data, together with publicly available sources such as company websites and public business listings and directories, third-party providers of publicly available business listing information, and internal research.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

IronView data reflects the underlying sources as we obtained them, and the underlying records themselves may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, misattributed, or contain errors. In addition, our own ingestion, processing, matching, and enrichment of records may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, and records may fail to be captured, may be captured inaccurately, may be matched or interpreted incorrectly, or may not reflect the most recent information available from the underlying sources. All data is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee, and expressly disclaim any warranty regarding, the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information in the IronView product.

Records also carry inherent limits on what they can establish. A UCC financing statement reflects that a secured party has an interest in specified collateral; it does not establish that the named debtor purchased or owns that collateral. The underlying transaction may be a purchase, a lease, an equipment financing or loan, a consignment, or another secured arrangement, and a filing may remain of record after the obligation has been satisfied or the relationship has ended. IronView data should not be relied on to determine whether any party bought, leased, owns, or currently possesses any particular equipment or asset.

Permitted Use and FCRA Notice

IronView is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and IronView data does not constitute "consumer reports" under the FCRA. IronView data may not be used, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing an individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA or similar laws.

IronView is intended for business and commercial use only. Our services are not intended to be used for personal, family, household, consumer credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or other eligibility determinations. Customers are responsible for using IronView data in compliance with applicable laws and their agreements with us.

This Data Disclaimer supplements, and does not replace or modify, our Privacy Policy or any written agreement between IronView and its customers. If this page conflicts with a written agreement, the agreement controls.
